The Cave

I’ve been traveling out of town frequently and playing a lot of shows for the last couple years, throughout the States and overseas, and recently someone reminded me that it’s been sort of a long time since I’ve played a local show here in the Triangle. Initially I thought I might try to remedy that by doing something ambitious for the occasion but the more I thought about that, the less fun it sounded. I’ve always had a general preference for playing small rooms and I’ve always liked the club residency as a format and as a tradition of sorts.

So that’s the basic idea: I’ll be playing The Cave in Chapel Hill every Wednesday evening in September and some friends and surprise guests will be joining me each week. I’m really looking forward to it. Come say Hello!
